Multi-day Primary and Secondary Programmes

THE STEM PROGRAMME OFFERS VARIOUS MULTI-DAY PROGRAMMES FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY LEARNERS THAT EXPLORE OUR KEY THEMES IN MORE DETAIL.

At various times of the year we offer multi-day programmes that your class or school group can sign up to. Examples of these programmes are shown below. Our programmes are based around one of our key STEM themes: Aerospace, Green Energy, Environmental Science or Sustainable design. Or may be run as a cross curricular programme

Example programmes

School Coding Club: (P5-7 + staff) Have you ever wanted to set up a coding club at school, but lacked the confidence to go for it. Let our STEM team support you through the first term of your new club giving you the tools and confidence you need to carry on the club yourselves after the term ends.

Skills Weeks: (S4-6) Based around one of our STEM themes, learners will spend a week getting hands on with practical skills and opportunities that link to their chosen industry. The week will involve at least one site visit to industry, training in various skills, career input and the chance to complete a unit credit on preparing for work with City and Guilds.
