Schools Programmes and Day Workshops

Our seasonal curriculum offers bespoke day workshops in a range of topics across the year which are booked by request.

The cost of workshops varies depending on the complexity of the topic and ingredients. Bespoke programmes can be designed for pupils undertaking a certificated qualification in school to ensure they understand the skills and practices needed to work in a professional kitchen. There is also an opportunity to develop front of house skills in our Woodlands Restaurant, from table setting to serving to ensure young people are equipped to enter the hospitality industry.
