City and Guilds Level 1 Award in Introduction to the Hospitality Industry

• A 6-week training course accredited by City and Guilds at no cost to participants
• Hands-on training in front of house skills, such as butler service, bar and license training, barista training, customer service skills and housekeeping
• Hands-on training in kitchen skills, such as food hygiene, knife skills, and basic food preparation
• A one week industry work placement and visits to local employers
