International Network Manager
Jeremy Cross is the International Network Manager at the Prince’s Foundation for Building Community, supporting development of partnerships and projects internationally as well as providing a point of liaison for The Foundation with our sister charity, INTBAU, and representatives of The Prince’s Charities in Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
Jeremy is a Chartered Surveyor with a background in commercial private practice. He subsequently moved to focus more specifically on housing and community planning, coordinating estate regeneration and self-build programmes in London before relocating to East Africa to take up the position of Regional Operations Manager for Habitat for Humanity International. Having then worked for Comic Relief and Homeless International on return to the UK, Jeremy has maintained a particular focus on housing and informal settlements in Africa. This has been particularly relevant in the context of the Foundation’s Planning for Rapid Urbanisation in the Commonwealth initiative, which Jeremy has been helping to develop as a collaborative response to the Sustainable Development Goals and New Urban Agenda.
